Reset a Forgotten Password

Follow these steps if you can’t sign in and need to reset your password.

Password Reset Steps

1. From the Voice Atlas Web App, click Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your Voice Atlas account and select Reset password.
3. Check your email inbox for the verification code sent by Voice Atlas.
4. Enter the verification code and create a new password for your account.
5. Click Change password to save changes.
6. Sign in with your email and new password.
