Download Raw Data
Select Download raw data from the Atlas Metrics screen to export a JSON file that captures every conversation a user and Voice Atlas exchanged during a session. Each record lists the total message count, a unique conversation UUID, the user’s questions, and the generated answers, all with precise timestamps. Review this data to spot topics that need richer Atlas coverage and to understand which areas your users care about most. Use this when you need to share insights outside the platform or run custom analysis.
