Understanding Atlas Analytics

The My Atlas: Analytics tools are a great way to see how your Atlas is responding and identify areas of improvement. Open an Atlas you have created and click on the Analytics button to get started.

Atlas Metrics Heatmap

The heatmap shows daily interaction counts for the selected year. Hover over any square to see the exact number of conversations and whether requests were successful or failed. Use it to spot usage peaks or quiet periods for your Atlas.

Interaction Spikes Chart

This bar chart highlights the days with unusual activity. Investigate spikes to confirm whether a campaign, support incident, or product change triggered the behavior—and update FAQs accordingly.

Yearly Conversation Timeline

Scroll through the timeline to review every conversation in chronological order. Expand a row to see the individual questions and answers exchanged with Voice Atlas. Combine this view with the raw export when you need deeper analysis.

Download Raw Data Steps

  1. Click OPEN on the Atlas you want to edit.
  2. Click the Metrics tab.
  3. Under Yearly Conversation Timeline, click the Export Conversation button in the top-right corner (arrow pointing down).
  4. Download the raw data file.

The export contains a detailed report of conversations between your users and your Atlas.

📈 Compare multiple Atlases

Export the JSON from two Atlases, add a column for atlas_name, and combine the files. That makes it easy to chart adoption across product lines or regions.
