This introduction is written for Voice Atlas beginners. If you’re already familiar with the platform, feel free to skip right to our Getting Started guide, which walks you through creating your first Atlas.

What is Voice Atlas?

Voice Atlas™ is an AI-powered question & answer (Q&A) platform that allows anyone to create and share unique and specific knowledge sets. Voice Atlas’s no-code AI system is the fastest and simplest solution for answering questions with natural language processing through text and voice-based bots.

What is an Atlas?

An Atlas is a knowledge set, also known as a collection of content items in plain text. An Atlas can be anything from a collection of flash cards related to a school subject to information about a company's products and services. Creating your own Atlas is fast and easy, no coding required. Build yours in minutes, and add to it as often as you like.

How does it work?

Voice Atlas connects information across multiple locations and repositories via a centralized natural language interface. The created knowledge set (Atlas) is made available and through the use of natural language search, anyone can find immediate answers using Voice Atlas by use of artificial intelligence.

Your Atlas can be deployed as text or through our voice Chatlas chatbot across multiple channels such as websites, in Jupyter notebooks, or on popular collaboration channels such as Teams, and Slack.

How do I share my Atlas?

Sharing your Atlas with your users is as easy as the following 4 steps:

  1. Create an Atlas on the Voice Atlas web application
  2. Add content items to your Atlas
  3. Verify accuracy of content in your own private testing pane (Atlas Playground) before publishing
  4. Integrate your Atlas to share with your users and enjoy!

Read more on how to use specific features in our Using Voice Atlas documentation.

How do I start?

Creating your account is simple. Request an invitation from your admin, activate it via email, and then sign in at the Voice Atlas web app.
