Remove Content Items

You can remove content from an Atlas at any time. Once you remove a content item, the page refreshes and your Atlas reflects the changes immediately.

Step-by-step Guide

1. Go to the Voice Atlas Web App and sign in.
2. Open the Atlas you want to clean up and locate the item in the Content list.
3. Select the item and choose the trash icon to remove it.
4. Confirm the removal when prompted.

The Atlas refreshes immediately and the deleted information is removed from the Atlas.

Consider copying the item content into a source-of-truth document or exporting Atlas analytics before deleting so you can answer questions about past responses.
