Sort Content Items

Use sorting to find the right content quickly as your Atlas grows.

Change the Sort Order

1. Open the Voice Atlas web app and select your Atlas.
2. In the Content toolbar, open the Sort menu.
3. Choose the order you need—for example Newest first, Oldest first, or Alphabetical.

The list updates immediately, and Voice Atlas remembers your selection the next time you open the Atlas.

💡 Pro tip

Need a different order for bulk edits? Switch to Alphabetical while you review, then return to Newest first so fresh content stays at the top for publishers.
