Share or Transfer an Atlas

Give teammates access to review or manage an Atlas directly from the home feed.

Share an Atlas

1. Open the Voice Atlas web app and sign in.
2. In the My Atlas feed, open the More Options menu (three vertical dots) on the Atlas card and select Share Atlas.
3. Type the name or email address of the teammate, then choose the correct person from the list.
4. Select Save. Shared Atlases appear in the recipient’s Shared with me view.

Transfer an Atlas

1. In the My Atlas feed, open the More Options menu (three vertical dots) on the Atlas card and choose Transfer Atlas.
2. Enter the name or email of the new owner and select the correct user.
3. Click Save to complete the transfer.

Once the transfer is confirmed, the Atlas moves to the new owner’s My Atlas feed and disappears from yours. Transfers cannot be undone, so confirm any analytics exports before you continue.

⚠️ Transfers are permanent

After you transfer an Atlas you immediately lose edit access, including the ability to pull analytics. Double-check ownership, analytics exports, and any API keys tied to the Atlas before you hand it off.
