Remove a Device

Your device may be removed from the platform at any time.

Step-by-step Guide

1. Go to the Voice Atlas Web App.
2. Introduce your email and password into the form.
3. Go to My Devices in the main menu.
4. Click on “More Options” (three vertical dots) button.
5. Select “Remove Device” (pencil icon).
6. Select “YES” to remove device.
7. Once you finish using the system go to the "Logout" option in the main menu.

The page will automatically refresh and your device will no longer be available.

⚠️ Device removal is immediate

Voice Atlas stops sending responses to the device as soon as you remove it. If the hardware belongs to a customer, let them know before you take action.
